HIGHLIGHTS:

Community Meeting — An open house was held January 26 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Ft. Johnson Middle School for individuals to learn about the project’s progress, the next phase of development, and to speak with the project team.

Business Meeting — A drop-in was held January 26 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at Lowcountry Senior Center for businesses within the project area to learn about current and future construction phases of the project and potential impacts. Members from the project team were on hand to answer questions one-on-one with local businesses in attendance.

Traffic Signals — Initial traffic signal pole construction began to both project area intersections to make way for the installation of mast arm foundations to take place in April 2017.
